Born in Sofia Bulgaria on 14th February 1967, now lives in Switzerland.
Manuela reached number 3 in the world in 1985, and winning 18 major tour titles during her career, also winning a bronze medal in the Seoul Olympics, and was one of the most consistent players on the tour.

Born in Sofia Bulgaria on the 7th May 1969, and still lives there. Katerina won eleven major tour singles titles and reached her highest ranking of 6 in November 1995. Katerina was a good doubles player, including winning the US Clay Courts title with Manuela.

Born in Sofia on the 1st April 1975, whilst the younger of the Sisters has already won 7 Major tour titles.Now making a major comeback after a serious shoulder injury, and now in the top 20, her highest ranking being 4, in 1996.
